Transcript Request

Here are the steps to request a transcript:

Current students can request their transcript by emailing their guidance counselor:

Ali Terrell  aterrell@hardee.k12.fl.us

If students need their transcript sent to a college,  you may request the guidance office to mail them. 

Our guidance department is unable to email any transcripts. 

Students can also pick up a copy of their transcript in the guidance office. 

If the student is over 18 years old, they must pick up their own transcript. We cannot release it to the parent.
